Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Cluster Lead in managing Refash offline stores assigned to you.
  • •Responsible for financial and sales performance for offline stores and drive offline sales efforts.
  • •Execute offline business strategies and prepare monthly sales reports and analytics.
  • •Organize store operations: allocate responsibilities, hire and schedule retail associates, review and approve timesheets and work schedules, and conduct training on SOPs.
  • •Manage inventory acquisition and stock levels/merchandise flow; ensure service and operational standards and handle seller drop-offs, instant cash out drop-offs, offer amounts, and seller disputes.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in fashion retail.
  • •Currently at Assistant Store Supervisor / Store Supervisor level in fashion retail, or a Senior Retail Associate ready to step up into a supervisory role.
  • •Proven track record of driving sales and optimizing store performance.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
  • •Leadership abilities to motivate a team and support store well-being and performance.
