Lead the operational strategy and performance of a cluster of clinics, aligning execution with corporate and regional goals. Oversee hospital/clinic operations across clinical services, finance, HR, procurement, support services, and administration while monitoring KPIs, patient satisfaction, and service delivery. Build high-performance teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure strong patient experience outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute operational strategy and strategic plans to drive hospital/clinic performance and growth.
•Oversee all aspects of operations, including clinical services, finance, HR, procurement, support services, and administration.
•Drive initiatives to achieve and exceed EBITDA targets and manage operational KPIs, patient satisfaction, and service delivery standards.
•Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation while managing variances and ensuring operational functions are aligned to strategic initiatives.
•Provide leadership to clinical management, uphold health and safety standards, manage risks and adverse events, and support continuous improvement of clinical outcomes and patient experience.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
•10+ years’ experience in a relevant role in healthcare in UAE will be an advantage.
•Demonstrate an understanding of the UAE regulatory healthcare framework.
•Demonstrate strong application of business metrics, governance and risk management.
•Sound knowledge of revenue cycle management and processes.
