Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain partner enablement materials including decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and activation guides.
  • •Manage the operational cadence of partner programs by tracking activations, aligning strategy, and keeping program logistics running smoothly.
  • •Organize presence at partner and VC-related events and source/prep speakers for talks and panels.
  • •Plan and run Supabase hackathons end-to-end, including coordination, logistics, sponsorships, judging, prizes, promotion, and follow-through.
  • •Measure and report program impact using metrics such as signups, credit redemptions, partner-sourced pipeline, and event outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in partner enablement, program management, event marketing, or partner marketing, ideally in developer tools, startups, or venture ecosystems.
  • •A proven track record of running events (hackathons, meetups, conferences, or workshops) from planning through post-event reporting.
  • •Strong project management instincts to keep multiple moving pieces on track with high attention to detail.
  • •Comfort working with external stakeholders (technology partners, VCs, accelerators, community leaders) and representing the company professionally.
