Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with collecting, compiling, and analyzing project development data from sites, surveys, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • •Provide basic technical assistance for smart building systems across research, inspections, and verifying conformance with rules, standards, codes, and permits.
  • •Support routine building technology work, including entry-level assistance with design requirements, load calculations, and operating strategies.
  • •Assist with documentation and specifications using electronic systems, drawings/diagrams, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • •Comply with safety guidelines and site-specific procedures; complete assigned training and support project delivery under general supervision.

Key Requirements
