Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute strategic direction for project controls, including cost management, risk management, and schedule management.
  • •Own project budget approval and develop project budget, cash flow, and financial plans.
  • •Lead risk workshops to identify risks, define likelihood/severity, and drive mitigation actions with owners.
  • •Produce regular reporting, develop project execution plan (PEP) inputs, and prepare documentation for project gateway/approval processes.
  • •Lead project controls teams and deliverables, including baselines/metrics, change management/impact mitigation, cost reduction guidance, claims resolution input, and risk processes.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field; graduate degree preferred in related areas.
  • •12+ years of relevant project controls experience.
  • •2+ years managing high-performing project controls teams in a consulting environment.
  • •Demonstrated success implementing and managing project controls systems for major capital construction programs, including scheduling and financial controls.
  • •Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and advanced Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
