Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and support PACER products and related internal systems, including account registration, authentication, billing, and case locator capabilities.
  • •Monitor and maintain compliance with PCI and other security standards using secure development practices.
  • •Design, analyze, develop, test, deploy, and support systems across the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and validation.
  • •Implement secure engineering practices, including vulnerability remediation and compliance activities such as ATO, PCI, and FISMA.
  • •Manage configurations and repositories, participate in Agile ceremonies, and provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and architecture alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in IT system engineering and systems development/coding, including end-to-end DevSecOps pipeline implementation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • •Strong proficiency in C, Java, JSF, Tomcat, PrimeFaces, JavaScript, CSS, and/or Linux shell (including RedHat Linux).
  • •Strong understanding of security compliance/control and secure engineering practices across the software development lifecycle.
