Key Responsibilities

  • •Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • •Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights.
  • •Project Management: Assist in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • •Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • •Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous quality assurance processes.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields with a focus on data analysis and reporting
  • •Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce is essential; Tableau and SQL proficiency is preferred
  • •Exceptional analytical and communication skills with a proactive, adaptable mindset; detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field is encouraged; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous
  • •Minimum of 12 months tenure at Motive; 6+ months in current role; No active warnings/PIP; L3s and L4s are eligible to apply
