Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate contractor services for daily operations, shutdowns, and improvement projects.
  • •Own contractor onboarding, Contractor Management System compliance, site access, system permissions, and required approvals.
  • •Coordinate scheduling, mobilization, logistics, equipment rentals, and contractor cost control.
  • •Support HSE compliance, reporting, incident support, field verification, and contractor performance follow-up.
  • •Monitor field activity to support safe work practices and PPE use, and represent contractor service perspectives in stakeholder and supplier discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •Commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience managing contractor partners, service providers, or contractor support services in an industrial/processing/mining/manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience with contractor governance, onboarding, compliance, site access, approvals, and contractor management processes.
  • •Experience supporting Health, Safety and Environment compliance, reporting, incident support, or field verification in a safety-critical environment.
  • •Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, cost control, competing priorities, and stakeholder updates in a fast-moving operational setting; current authorization to work in the United States and not eligible for visa sponsorship.
