Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle approximately 150 complex EL/PL/product/property damage claims, including review, allocation, reserve setting, and payment approvals within authority.
  • •Complete peer reviews, provide constructive feedback, identify training needs, and review work handled by claims handlers to maintain quality standards.
  • •Refer files to litigation when needed, record reasons, and attend feedback meetings in the Team Leader’s absence.
  • •Support team performance planning, weekly stats, client inbox reviews, and participation in client review meetings as required.
  • •Assist with team engagement, recruitment support, training and supervision of new starters, and performance reviews and performance management support in line with HR processes.
