Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly supervise all compounding personnel, including pharmacy technicians and essential pharmacy support personnel.
  • •Perform and accurately document compounding procedures, quality assurance/quality control checks, and dispensing of compounded preparations.
  • •Verify formula records, compounding records, beyond use dates, and finished compounded products.
  • •Assist with training and evaluation of compounding personnel and coordinate equipment calibration, maintenance, and compounding environment monitoring.
