Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and improve production methods using lean tools, product/materials knowledge, and quality control standards.
  • •Provide oversight, guidance, planning, training, and mentoring to plant-level teams executing lean process improvement activities.
  • •Optimize plant layout and flow, run improvement workshops, and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes.
  • •Lead capital improvement evaluation and delivery, including project analysis, ROI analysis, business case development, and budget/commitment monitoring.
  • •Ensure plants comply with the Operational Excellence framework and support related initiatives such as sustainability opportunities and operational audits.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in precast.
  • •In-depth knowledge and practical experience applying lean manufacturing methodologies for continuous production operations.
  • •Experience with quality control and/or maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
  • •Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and experience with ERP/MRP systems and project management tools.
  • •Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team in a highly matrixed environment, with strong organizational and communication skills.
