Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer-facing product features end to end across the full stack—React/TypeScript front ends, backend services, and APIs.
  • •Make architecture and technical decisions aligned to user and business outcomes, with product goals driving engineering direction.
  • •Use telemetry and user behavior to define success metrics, instrument and monitor systems, run root-cause deep dives, and iterate based on data.
  • •Design and build AI-enabled and agentic experiences by integrating LLMs and AI workflows into products used by millions of users.
  • •Set technical direction and raise the engineering bar through code, design reviews, coaching, and mentoring while influencing product strategy with partners.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional software engineering experience across frontend and backend domains, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with equivalent practical experience.
  • •Deep hands-on experience building scalable, accessible, performant, responsive web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React.
  • •Proven ability designing, building, and maintaining robust, high-throughput backend services and microservices operating at massive scale.
  • •Strong foundation in cloud architectures (e.g., AWS), distributed data stores (SQL/NoSQL), event-driven architectures, caching strategies, and REST/GraphQL API design.
  • •Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, production telemetry (metrics, logs, distributed tracing), and driving reliability against strict SLIs/SLOs.
