Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure deliverables are met as per SLAs with strong governance and continuous improvement.
  • •Review/analyze income statement performance vs budget, forecast, and historical trends, and investigate significant variances.
  • •Review and approve account reconciliations across payroll, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, leases, sub-ledgers, and tax accounts.
  • •Oversee period-end journal entries and provide timely financial insights via flash reports and forecasting inputs.
  • •Standardize processes across regions/ERPs, lead transitions and operations, handle escalations, and support audits and compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/CMA or a post-graduate degree in finance (or equivalent).
  • •8+ years of experience in relevant functional areas across multiple countries, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • •Working knowledge of IFRS 16 Lease Accounting (desirable).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify and explain significant variances.
  • •Ability to lead and motivate a team of 35+ employees and drive process improvement.
