Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive product success by aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and go-to-market execution, delivering complete product solutions including collateral, software libraries, RTOS support, demo platforms, competitive analysis, and field enablement assets.
•Lead strategic customer engagements across Cadence by developing differentiated positioning, how-to-win strategies, and value propositions that support growth in priority accounts and segments.
•Identify emerging market opportunities and define future product requirements for Tensilica’s extensible processor technology, focusing on automotive, IoT, and mobile.
•Influence product priorities and enhancements by partnering with marketing, engineering, and sales to align investments with customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
•Serve as a strategic communicator and advocate by authoring and coordinating updates to field applications engineering and sales teams on product direction, technology innovation, and industry developments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 203,000 - 377,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
•15+ years of relevant experience in engineering, applications engineering, product management, or product marketing.
•Deep experience with embedded processor architectures (ARM, Xtensa, or RISC-V).
•Knowledge of DSP, machine learning, and AI workloads.
•Familiarity with C/C++ programming is highly desirable.
