Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for client supervisors and workers, ensuring timely updates, feedback, and support.
  • •Coordinate worker onboarding including introductions, first-day check-ins, and end-to-end onboarding tasks (including vetting and drug testing).
  • •Support workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; manage performance on-site and escalate as needed.
  • •Bridge communication between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams, including reporting attendance issues and staffing changes.
  • •Own shift and schedule management, ensure staffing coverage, manage PPE distribution, and handle incident management/escalations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments (e.g., staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination).
  • •Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (email and in-person).
  • •Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba with workers and client stakeholders.
  • •Organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver comfortable in fast-paced warehouse environments.
