Manage the end-to-end coding and quality checking of traded OTC market documentation, including maintaining up-to-date procedural documents and job aids. Act as an SME and first point of contact for queries while supporting day-to-day performance, leave and performance management. Monitor and maintain key performance indicators for data quality, implement proactive controls, and handle process initiatives such as UAT and new technology implementation to improve productivity and compliance.
