Job Summary

Drive the day-to-day global sales compensation administration process, owning end-to-end setup and maintenance of eligible employees in Xactly Incent. Support commission calculations, audits, and resolution of field inquiries via ServiceNow, while collaborating with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Legal to ensure accurate participant setups and plan mechanics. Manage monthly compensation lifecycle tasks, run UAT for plan rollovers/modifications, and analyze data to identify trends and gaps while ensuring SOX compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the monthly setup process and administration parameters within Xactly Incent, including ongoing maintenance of users and compensation-related data objects.
•Administer the full sales compensation lifecycle, including monthly participant setup reviews, commission/crediting audits, and timely resolution of field inquiries via ServiceNow.
•Troubleshoot setup issues with the Administration team and partner with the Systems team to automate setup via integration to WD, while coordinating manual corrections and exceptions.
•Train the Sales Organization on Xactly, Sales Plans, and new Sales Compensation programs.
•Conduct UAT for fiscal year plan rollovers and mid-year compensation modifications, and perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve workflows and internal controls for SOX compliance.

Key Requirements

•Basic Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in sales compensation administration and incentive tracking systems.
•Preferred experience with Xactly or similar Sales Performance Management (SPM) software.
•Experience handling sales incentive plans in technology, SaaS, or AI sectors.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace, with strong communication, documentation, organization, and presentation skills.
