Key Responsibilities

•Drive the full customer lifecycle, leading technical discovery and capability demonstrations during pre-sales expansion and staying involved post-sale to support implementation success.
•Own enterprise-wide ROI and adoption programs, using QBRs, strategic roadmaps, and value plans to accelerate customer autonomy.
•Serve as technical subject matter expert for your customer industry domain, scaling knowledge across the organization.
•Translate customer requirements into AI solutions by aligning customer AI strategies and challenges to Celonis-based capabilities.
•Manage project scope, expectations, and timelines across aligned accounts, leveraging ecosystem partners and running weekly cadences and exec-level readouts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, and/or consulting, including pre/post-sales consulting, strategy consulting, business process improvement, digital transformation, or customer value realization.
•Strong technical skills across Microsoft or competitor equivalents (e.g., AWS), including relevant certifications in Azure/data engineering technologies, plus knowledge of data connections, objects, validation, and data analysis.
•Knowledge of LLMs (e.g., Claude, Copilot) including basic prompting and data constructs within prompts.
•Value-driven selling experience: identify and prioritize use cases, implement improvement measures, establish an operating model, and train users to realize value and renew/expand subscriptions.
•Plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines across multiple accounts, leveraging ecosystem partners as needed.
