Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the real spokesperson for the studio, ensuring technical industrial constraints are met during development and proposing corrections to meet production needs
•Technically support collection teams, collaborate with semi-finished product chefs, internal workshop and external BE teams, and semi-finished production teams
•Oversee the handover of products from design to production and participate in all production fittings for semi-finished models
•Guide the semi-finished production team through industrialization, including comments sheets, measurement tables, and grading during production
•Maintain and update manufacturing reference documents (bibles) and organize cross-team sharing sessions for pre-production reviews

Key Requirements

•Modéliste with a minimum of 10 years of experience in ready-to-wear
•Ideally with workshop experience and strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques
•Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomous, versatile, rigorous, with leadership
•Strong product sense and a real passion for fashion
•English or Italian professional language skills are a plus
