Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the product roadmap and vision 6-12 months out based on client data and marketplace understanding.
  • •Balance feature prioritization with business leaders using a data-driven approach, reviewing or defining user stories and requirements within SDLC.
  • •Lead and coach an agile development team, overseeing one scrum team and driving delivery quality through continuous inspection and improvement.
  • •Support cross-functional teams (Engineering, Testing, User Experience, Marketing, Implementation, and Sales) to drive business impact.
  • •Ensure features are fully tested and meet expectations of users and clients.
