Job Summary

Sales manager data solutions focuses on opening new markets and winning customers for Aon's Talent Data Solutions. You will sell data-driven compensation and talent insights to HR leaders, manage end-to-end sales from outreach to closing, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders. You’ll build a new Dutch market, own the sales pipeline, and drive upsell opportunities across Rotterdam and Amsterdam offices.

Key Responsibilities

•Open new markets and win new customers by identifying and pursuing outbound opportunities, networking, events, and strategic introductions.
•Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline and take full ownership of commercial results.
•Lead the full end-to-end sales process from lead generation and discovery through negotiation and closing, tailoring proposals to value and impact.
•Engage in strategic conversations with C-level stakeholders and translate HR/beloning challenges into data-driven solutions.
•Upsell and cross-sell Aon Radford McLagan propositions within existing relationships to drive growth.

Key Requirements

•Experience selling data solutions in the HR, compensation, or rewards domain, with a proven track record of new business acquisition and meeting or exceeding targets.
•Strong consultative selling and closing mindset, able to discuss strategic HR topics with C-level stakeholders and translate them into data-driven solutions.
•Ability to build, manage and own an end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract signing in a target-driven environment.
•Excellent written and spoken communication in Dutch and English; capable of operating in a bilingual corporate environment.
