Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner closely with Demand and Production Planning to understand, align, plan, and purchase direct materials and consumables for short-, mid-, and long-term needs.
  • •Manage material inventory levels within forecast and work with Procurement, Global Procurement, and suppliers to improve lead time, pricing, sourcing, quality, and delivery.
  • •Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting including KPI, Risk Inventory, Spend Data, Supplier OTD, and Supplier Performance Review reports.
  • •Run production planning and forecast management for production lines, including inventory management, capacity analysis, and quarterly planning based on historical orders, forecast, and capacity.
  • •Lead production schedule execution to meet delivery targets, manage outsourcing, and handle people management and coaching while supporting operational Oracle launch.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Material Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience plus team management experience in a related field and manufacturing environment.
  • •At least 10 years’ experience in material planning, production planning, control, and management in a foreign invested company.
  • •Strong knowledge of material planning, production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and production control.
  • •Good English ability (written and oral) and strong data analysis/computer application skills.
