Customer and Product Quality Assurance Director

Lead the Customer and Product Quality Assurance (CPQA) team for the Kaiser Aluminum Packaging business. Serve as the customer champion, represent customer requirements internally, and collaborate to drive product and process innovation. Ensure delivery of the global standard for coated products, resolve customer quality issues, and deliver Voice of the Customer feedback across the organization. Mentor plant metallurgists and customer service technical representatives while leading cross-discipline problem-solving.
