Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, nurture, and manage relationships with brokers and tenant reps to keep Kitt top of mind as a preferred managed office partner.
  • •Promote Kitt buildings across London through your network and lead tenant viewings with business leaders.
  • •Create and present detailed, customised proposals (e.g., floor plans and projected costs) in partnership with internal teams.
  • •Lead deal negotiations and agree terms with landlord partners, then hand over to the Real Estate Advisory team for legal and programme management.
  • •Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) data and advise on landlord pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy based on market trends and competition.
