Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slippage; forecast and update milestones and budget.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems are utilized; ensure best practices are applied across projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reports; monitor progress of multiple construction projects and ensure approved design standards are applied correctly.
  • •Manage project information flow via regular meetings and written communications; manage supplier interfaces, respond to RFIs, and provide technical support including cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field in construction.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
  • •Effective presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
  • •Strong communication skills.
