Senior Solution Consultant to support the Commercial sales team by translating complex customer problems into scalable SaaS-based eSignature/CLM solutions. You will lead product demonstrations, stakeholder engagements, and technical workflows, aligning with revenue targets while showcasing Docusign’s platform and security capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand complex customer problems within the assigned territory and client-base
•Visualise customer internal systems and information topology to map problems to Docusign solutions
•Map customer problems and systems to Docusign solutions and articulate recommendations
•Deliver demonstrations, technical calls, workflow outlines, and RFP/RFI responses to support sales
•Partner with sales to meet revenue plans and communicate core platform capabilities and security certifications

Key Requirements

•2+ years of related experience in a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions
•BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
•Fluent in English and either Spanish, Italian or French
•Proven ability to deliver software demonstrations in-person and virtually
•Experience with technical business documentation such as workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFIs and RFPs
