Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with multiple stakeholders to implement system and regulatory changes effectively.
  • •Understand, plan, and deliver change initiatives including new reporting requirements with Product control, ALCM, and Regulatory Policy teams.
  • •Provide subject-matter expertise to business, Risk, and Finance stakeholders, including within strategic business transformation.
  • •Support management with continuous enhancement, maintenance, and testing of management action and restructuring processes.
  • •Assess operational risks, drive change and contingency planning, and ensure compliance with global finance/internal control objectives and control procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •13–20 years of experience in regulatory reporting and change delivery.
  • •In-depth understanding of external/regulatory reporting frameworks such as IFRS, FinRep, and GSIB.
  • •Ability to work with stakeholders (Product control, ALCM, Regulatory Policy) to plan and deliver new reporting requirements.
  • •Provide subject-matter expertise to stakeholders across Business, Risk, and Finance, including during strategic transformation.
  • •Recognize ownership and ensure the quality, completeness, accuracy, and credibility of reported data.
