Own the design, reliability, security, and evolution of NVIDIA’s global enterprise messaging and collaboration stack. You’ll architect and operate Microsoft Exchange (on-premises/hybrid/Exchange Online), Azure integrations, and SMTP/IMAP, while ensuring secure configurations, patching, and audit compliance. Monitor performance and diagnose complex mail-flow issues, lead migrations and tenant consolidations, and collaborate across regions with engineering/architect peers—leveraging automation and AI-driven operations where possible.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect, implement, and operate highly available messaging solutions using Microsoft Exchange (on-premises/hybrid/Exchange Online), Azure services, SMTP relays, and IMAP.
•Plan server upgrades and monthly patching; ensure configurations and changes meet compliance and audit requirements.
•Monitor health, performance, and capacity; analyze logs/traces and protocol flows; diagnose and resolve complex mail flow issues.
•Implement encryption, email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and anti-virus/anti-spam protections; maintain secure configurations and hardening baselines.
•Lead/assist migrations, tenant consolidations, and M&A; mentor engineers and drive documentation/run-books and operational improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 310,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•8+ years architecting and managing Exchange Server (on-prem and hybrid/SE), Exchange Online (O365), Public Folders, SMTP, Active Directory, and Azure integrations.
•Ability to take end-to-end ownership of the user experience for messaging services.
•Solid understanding of Exchange architecture, including DAGs (Database Availability Groups) and hybrid configurations.
•Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with strong communication and planning.
