Key Responsibilities

•Define and develop microarchitecture for automotive SoC subsystems, including CPU subsystems, low-power subsystems, and reset & clock management modules.
•Own SoC integration for automotive microcontrollers to ensure efficient, scalable designs.
•Collaborate with IP, Systems, and Architecture teams to derive requirements and co-develop microarchitecture aligned to SoC design goals.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams (DV, DFT, emulation, and physical implementation) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
•Participate in debug sessions and design reviews to ensure design robustness and compliance with industry standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Science (CS), or related specialization.
•2–5 years of hands-on RTL development for IPs and SoCs.
•Experience with SoC integration using ARM processors and ARM bus architectures, including reset and clocking architectures.
•Proficiency with standard interfaces such as SPI/QSPI, I2C, Debug/Trace, and CAN.
•Experience using front-end design flows and tools (e.g., Lint/CDC/LEC, Jasper Gold/Conformal/Joules) plus DFT concepts and simulation/formal verification tools.
