Key Responsibilities

  • •Define project roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria; build business cases and manage funding requests.
  • •Manage scope, schedule, and budget; monitor progress and initiate corrective action to protect cost, time, and quality.
  • •Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos) and coach teams on agile/scrum values.
  • •Lead end-to-end product development and initiative delivery, including inceptions for sizeable initiatives and maintaining delivery artefacts.
  • •Act as primary interface across business, technology, and product teams; manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and unblock priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience delivering software initiatives in agile environments.
  • •Proven track record delivering multiple projects end-to-end across the full delivery lifecycle.

  • •Experience managing project governance including scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and reporting.
  • •Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Kanban boards.
