  • •Establish a threat detection roadmap with quarterly objectives and aligned execution plans.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for threat detection and response, setting direction for detection engineering, behavioral analytics, and threat research.
  • •Collaborate with product management, threat research, engineering, and field teams to translate real-world threat learnings into product capabilities.
  • •Engage with customers, sales engineers, and services teams to convert feedback into a forward-looking detection roadmap.
  • •Perform hands-on threat research, threat/incident analysis, detection tuning, and content validation as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of cybersecurity experience in threat detection, security research, threat intelligence, detection engineering, or incident response.
  • •5+ years operating SIEM, UEBA, or similar threat detection and response platforms.
  • •3+ years working with customers in a professional services or product support role.
  • •Deep understanding of modern attacker methodologies including MITRE ATT&CK, identity attacks, endpoint threats, cloud attacks, agentic AI threats, insider threats, and lateral movement.
  • •Experience developing security detections and behavioral analytics/correlation rules for enterprise security products.
