•Complete a 3-month intensive immersion in the Founders Office, building fluency in data, finance, and marketplace fundamentals.
•Participate in three structured rotations over 21 months across product, growth, and commercialisation.
•Work with senior leaders through a learning programme to build the skills and playbooks needed to lead an online marketplace.
•Own high-stakes mandates with real P&L and metrics from day one, applying learning to real-world situations.
•Co-create and apply AI strategy using Carousell’s AI infrastructure to solve user problems and drive product and commercial breakthroughs.

Key Requirements

•Strong logic and data fluency with business acumen, plus excellent communication skills.
•Recommended academic background in data analytics, economics, finance, business, or technical fields (e.g., engineering), with strong interest in business operations.
•0 to 2 years of professional work experience post-graduation; focus is on what you have shipped.
•Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and team-oriented; resilient under execution pressure and ambiguity.
•Experience working as an “AI-native” using tools such as Claude, Cursor, n8n, v0, or custom GPTs to build and automate systems.
