Key Responsibilities

•Own the full endpoint device lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, and retirement, across macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS.
•Build device trust and BYOD program foundations in a HIPAA-regulated environment by partnering closely with Security.
•Automate onboarding/offboarding so device lifecycle, access, and entitlements move together end-to-end.
•Reduce manual workload with automation using AI, scripting, and iPaaS tools to keep endpoint operations proactive.
•Serve as an endpoint/device SME for other teams while participating in a light, predictable on-call rotation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 131,750 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years as a Client Platform / Endpoint / IT Systems Engineer, with hands-on experience managing macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS fleets at scale.
•Fluency with JAMF Pro, Microsoft Intune, and Google Chrome Enterprise Management, with strong opinions on when to use each.
•Solid knowledge of IAM, including building/maintaining workflows and configuring groups and policies for identity, access, and device alignment.
•Comfort scripting and automation with Bash, Python, or iPaaS tools like Tray.io or Tines.
•Experience operating BYOD programs and endpoint security/compliance controls in a regulated environment (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST).
