Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the pricing transformation roadmap to shift pricing from an operational process to a strategic enterprise lever, align stakeholders across Category, Sales, Finance and Operations, and drive adoption.
  • •Collaborate with Category leadership to co-develop pricing strategies and guardrails for global, regional, market and customer segment levels.
  • •Drive and oversee strategic pricing initiatives with ownership for in-quarter execution and performance outcomes, leveraging pricing data, AI, and analytics.
  • •Act as the primary interface between Category teams, Pricing Analytics and Pricing Operations to ensure alignment on strategies and requirements, delivering SOPs and training as needed.
  • •Lead governance and change management to scale pricing ways of working and develop scalable pricing frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience in pricing, deal desk operations, Category management, or commercial business management/analytics or business finance inclusive of people leadership.
  • •Strong executive leadership and communication skills; ability to drive strategic change.
  • •Strong analytical, AI/data acumen and financial literacy (P&L orientation).
  • •Experience building pricing operations, CPQ systems, data governance, and pricing analytics.
