Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out cleaning and sanitising of building areas, including sweeping, mopping, damp wiping, vacuuming, and using cleaning agents and equipment.
  • •Empty bins and remove waste and recycling, and ensure hygiene and required standards are kept to for a consistent cleaning service.
  • •Replace stock items in sanitary areas, and perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
  • •Report faults, maintenance defects, missing stock, emergencies, and ensure cleaning equipment is in good order.
  • •Carry out safe collection/use/return of keys, cover for absent colleagues and transfer between areas, and assist with periodic stock takes and environmental targets.
