Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare management reporting and insightful financial analysis of business results versus strategic plan, budget, and forecast.
  • •Facilitate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes and ensure figures are entered into global financial reporting tools.
  • •Support the CFO and senior management with ad-hoc reporting, long-term strategic planning, and executive-level presentations.
  • •Develop standardized best-practice reporting, control methods, and analytic tools to identify opportunities amid changing corporate strategies.
  • •Develop and maintain databases, tables, and automated reporting/analysis processes by extracting data from internal systems and sources.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; MBA preferred.
  • •5–7 years of related experience and/or training.
  • •Demonstrated analytical skills, including strong financial statement analysis and ability to perform financial modeling.
  • •Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Access; experience with SAP (or other ERP) and IBM Cognos TM1 (or other enterprise planning software) is a plus.
