Key Responsibilities

•Regional Financial Oversight: Direct the financial roadmap for your assigned regions, ensuring scalability and consistency in financial reporting.
•Operational Excellence: Oversee regional financial operations and optimize payment ecosystems for users and drivers across diverse regulatory landscapes.
•Process Transformation: Drive the implementation of advanced financial systems and automated reconciliation processes to reduce manual workloads.
•Governance & Compliance: Maintain oversight of statutory compliance and multi-jurisdictional audits within your regions to mitigate risk.
•Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary financial liaison for regional leadership, translating complex data into strategic narratives for the FC and CFO.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8–10+ years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting with a proven track record in regional finance operations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent professional qualification mandatory.
•Deep understanding of IFRS, multi-currency consolidations, and international tax regulations.
•Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and experience with automated payment gateway reconciliations.
•Experience in Platform (O2O), Logistics, or Hyper-growth Tech is highly preferred and demonstrates cross-border leadership.
