Job Summary

Architect and build the foundational AI/ML platform capabilities that power model training, deployment, and real-time serving at massive scale. Set technical direction across ML platform strategy, low-latency inference, and robust model lifecycle management (versioning, rollouts, rollback, champion/challenger). Define and drive an agentic stack, create universal serving/data access interfaces, and mentor platform/ML engineers while partnering across multiple AI teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect ML platform strategy spanning data pipelines, training infrastructure, and serving layers using tooling like Ray, MLFlow, Metaflow, Argo, and Spark.
•Build and operate production-grade, low-latency ML serving layers with model lifecycle systems (champion/challenger testing, automated rollouts, versioning, rollback).
•Define and drive an agentic stack across Attentive’s AI organization.
•Provide ML infrastructure perspective in high-level discussions about AI strategy across multiple quarters and teams.
•Mentor platform and ML engineers and build universal interfaces and patterns (data access layers and prediction serving APIs) to streamline ML work across the organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years focused on ML Platform/MLOps with strong knowledge of best practices and tooling.
•Proven experience owning and building core ML platform components using tools such as Spark, Ray, MLFlow, Kubeflow, or Metaflow.
•Experience designing and operating online and offline inference systems, including key tradeoffs between them.
•Strong Python expertise for batch processing and online service frameworks.
•Experience building and operating a high-throughput agentic stack (MCP/data infrastructure, context store, orchestration, and prompt layer).
