•Support clients in developing, implementing, and optimising procurement and funding strategies for greener, sustainable programmes aligned to Net Zero targets.
•Assess business challenges, develop optimal solutions, and help implement those solutions across the programme lifecycle.
•Apply and tailor established processes, tools, and systems, contributing to their continuous improvement.
•Use interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to support adoption and realisation of business outcomes, presenting ideas clearly to stakeholders.
•Contribute to business generation by identifying, progressing, and leveraging commercial opportunities and relationships.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Masters or MBA qualification (or equivalent experience).
•Experience in project finance and/or business case development, preferably in decarbonisation and Net Zero.
•Experience working with the public sector, including managing transactions/projects in public sector delivery settings.
•Understanding of UK policy guidance and economic benefit assessment, including social value and low carbon transition.
•Experience with decarbonisation/Net Zero areas such as hydrogen, zero emissions transport infrastructure, batteries, and carbon capture storage.
