Planermill Supervisor

Lead day-shift Planermill operations in Moultrie, driving KPI targets across safety, quality, cost control, delivery, and employee engagement. Reporting to the Superintendent, you’ll ensure OSHA compliance, address unsafe conditions, improve processes to reduce costs while meeting production goals, coach and support a dedicated team, and collaborate across departments—plus assist with equipment troubleshooting as needed.
