Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and evolve ZVA and AIEA runtime services for scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • •Define and implement the agent runtime framework for multi-turn conversation understanding, contextual reasoning, and response generation.
  • •Lead a distributed team of AI researchers, software engineers, and system architects, including mentoring, planning, and performance management.
  • •Drive the technical roadmap, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and ensure best practices in model deployment, runtime optimization, and system observability.
  • •Partner with product, research, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI capabilities, communicate progress to stakeholders, and promote technical alignment and knowledge sharing.

Salary: USD 214,080 - 332,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, or a related field (or equivalent foreign degree).
  • •5+ years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • •5 years of experience using Python, C, C++, or CUDA.
  • •5 years of experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • •5 years of experience building and deploying ML applications and workflows (e.g., LLMs/agentic workflows, feature stores in DynamoDB/MongoDB/MySQL/Elasticsearch, and deployment in Docker/Kubernetes).
