Lead end-to-end supply chain execution between AF Prostejov and internal/external partners, turning customer orders into deliveries. Own order flow coordination including production order processing, raw material/procurement, inventory management, planning, warehousing, delivery, and invoicing. Drive demand forecasting, scheduling, KPI setting (including DIFOTIS), supplier/customer collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma and JIT to optimize costs and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure efficient and effective order fulfillment, translating customer orders into deliveries across production, procurement, inventory, planning, warehousing, delivery, and invoicing.
•Drive customer satisfaction through DIFOTIS performance and on-time, in-spec delivery outcomes.
•Optimize procurement and supplier performance, including strategic sourcing and identification of procurement savings.
•Own sales & operations planning, capacity setting, and demand forecasting management to align supply with budget, forecast, and demand.
•Lead inventory management, continuous improvement, and performance reporting using monthly management reports and KPI tracking.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Management Engineering (preferably).
•Strong supply chain experience, including demand forecasting/planning and inventory management.
•Experience leading a team and building capability.
•Preferably knowledge of the packaging business or experience in FMCG production supply chain.
•ERP and MRP knowledge with strong Excel-based data analysis skills.
