Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the “voice of the customer” for Oldcastle Infrastructure facilities from sales to on-site delivery.
  • •Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and serve as the customer/vender point of contact.
  • •Coordinate turnover/kickoff meetings, ensure required information/paperwork, confirm estimates, and align project scheduling with customer ship dates in AX.
  • •Provide direction and oversight across the project team, including engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting.
  • •Monitor project progress/costs, ensure contract compliance and submittals/approvals, prepare change order proposals, and solve issues to prevent schedule slippage.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Civil Engineering preferred.
  • •5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • •Ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
