Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure BIM models/drawings accuracy against BIM standards and project workflow criteria/checklists.
  • •Model dry utilities networks and MEICA, and support team supervision/direction and BIM production correctness.
  • •Clean up and synchronize models/drawings daily to the cloud collaboration platform, and ensure exports are recorded in the correct directory.
  • •Generate clash reports, perform clash checking, and resolve issues based on reports and viewpoints.
  • •Set up seed and model templates, publish drawing sets for review/mark-up, and prepare discipline models/content for BIM coordination meetings while supporting SHEQ within scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM modelling and supervision in infrastructure projects.
  • •Degree or diploma holder in electrical/electronic relevant to the BIM modelers position.
  • •Certified and experienced in AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • •Good knowledge in preparation of part Builder for gravity and pressure networks.
  • •Ability to generate and resolve clash reports based on findings and viewpoints.
