Manage operational readiness for shift picking and dispatch for the e-commerce business in the UAE. Create tasks for shifts, plan pick trips by delivery slot order, and coordinate put-away and order status through systems to ensure timely dispatch. Support pickers by handling out-of-stock items, printing pick lists, monitoring accuracy, escalating damages/OOS issues, and reporting operational and productivity data to shift supervisors and operations managers.
