Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, analyze, and release PO proposals to support material replenishment.
  • •Share forecasts and timely supplier inputs to ensure sufficient capacity and on-time delivery.
  • •Optimize inventory using Min-Max stocks and VMI solutions; continuously improve IDS.
  • •Manage quality deviations through PRP/root-cause actions and coordinate corrective steps.
  • •Monitor supplier performance (safety, quality, delivery, cost), participate in daily meetings, and conduct supplier audits/visits.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of relevant experience in the same field.
  • •Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical, Production, or equivalent.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as forgings, castings, machining, fabrication, and pressings.
  • •Understanding of drawings, tolerances, and material grades.
  • •Deep knowledge of ERP systems and experience in purchase processes (including MRP run and PO release/amendments).
