Key Responsibilities

  • •Take technical responsibility for a TnT subdomain such as OAuth/SSO, audit logging, telemetry ingestion, or fine-grained permissions.
  • •Drive features end-to-end by writing design docs, aligning with stakeholders, implementing, testing, deploying, and monitoring in production.
  • •Build for enterprise reliability using observability, rollback paths, and incremental delivery; participate in on-call and postmortems.
  • •Collaborate across teams with Product and Design to scope and prioritize work and communicate clearly in an async-first way.
  • •Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and technical standards by giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years designing and building backend services in production.
  • •Solid understanding of distributed systems (consistency, failure modes, resiliency patterns).
  • •Experience building APIs and data models used by other teams or customers.
  • •Proficiency in at least one backend language: TypeScript/Node, Go, Rust, Java, or similar.
  • •Hands-on production ownership (on-call, incident response, postmortems) with observability tooling (metrics, tracing, logging) and SLOs.
