Job Summary

Lead and oversee complex customer projects for Egnyte’s secure multi-cloud platform, coordinating resources across Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to ensure on-time, within-budget deployments and successful adoption. Communicate status, risks, and ROI to stakeholders, while adhering to SOPs and maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout initiation, delivery, and closure.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Egnyte’s platform.
•Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues.
•Act as a liaison between Egnyte’s customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and success.
•Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
•Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and in support of corporate goals.

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience managing customer-facing implementation projects in a technology organization.
•Proven track record coordinating with external customers and internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
•Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills; strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
•Solid understanding of project financials (revenue, cost, margin) and experience with repeatable project methodologies.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline preferred.
