Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Egnyte’s platform.
  • •Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues.
  • •Act as a liaison between Egnyte’s customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and success.
  • •Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • •Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and in support of corporate goals.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years experience managing customer-facing implementation projects in a technology organization.
  • •Proven track record coordinating with external customers and internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
  • •Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills; strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • •Solid understanding of project financials (revenue, cost, margin) and experience with repeatable project methodologies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline preferred.
