Job Summary

Perform a full range of automotive repairs and diagnostics in Carvana’s Inspection Centers, from light maintenance to heavy engine work. Tackle complex issues across all makes and models, including advanced electrical problems (including electric and hybrid vehicles), wheel bearings and axles, and climate control components like ACs and heater cores. Work a Monday–Friday 1st shift schedule with occasional mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work.
•Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles.
•Repair vehicle climate control systems, including ACs and heater cores.
•Work scheduled hours and be able to perform mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment such as face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective gear.
