Manage cross-functional teams, develop training programs, set and monitor KPIs, and implement risk mitigation to deliver premier guest experiences in entertainment/hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and oversee operational readiness plans aligned with project timelines and organizational goals.
•Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and various departments to identify operational needs and address potential gaps.
•Conduct comprehensive operational readiness assessments to ensure all systems, processes, and resources are prepared for launch.
•Lead the development and delivery of training programs for operational teams to ensure readiness and adherence to standards.
•Establish and track KPIs related to operational performance and readiness, driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in operational readiness, operations management, or similar roles, ideally within the entertainment or hospitality sectors.
•Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs.
